Registration and Membership
Monthly packages shipped to your address at the price listed. You may receive emails regarding your account or promotions for special offers, including third-party offers. You may change your email preferences at any time in your account settings. You can cancel your membership anytime without charge by emailing Helloteam@simplelivingco@.co.uk or through your Account Dashboard on our website. Please refer to the FAQs for further details.
Your Subscription Contract
At Simple Living Eco, we offer a subscription service that allows you to receive regular shipments of our products at a discounted rate. However, please note that our subscription service is entirely optional, and you are not required to sign up for it to purchase our products.
If you do choose to sign up for our subscription service, you are not tied into a long-term contract, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be charged for future shipments beyond your first order unless you specifically request them.
How to Sign Up:
To sign up for our subscription service, select the subscription option at checkout and choose your preferred frequency of shipments 4,6,8,12 weeks). Once your purchase is complete, an email will automatically be sent to the email address you used to make the purchase. Please ensure that you use the correct email address to receive this email.
To activate your subscription account, follow the instructions provided in the email.
How to Cancel:
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so anytime by logging into your account I am (as long as you have activated your account) and navigating to the subscription section. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled shipment takes effect.
Pricing and Discounts:
Our subscription service offers a discount on our products compared to one-time purchases. The discount varies depending on the product and subscription frequency and will be clearly stated at checkout.
Please note that subscription pricing is subject to change anytime, but you will be notified of any changes before your next scheduled shipment.

Product Information; Limitation on Quantities
Excluding any content which may be submitted by members from time to time, we strive to ensure that the information on the site is complete and reliable. Certain information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors and other errors or inaccuracies which we may correct without liability. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by members and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged). We do not guarantee that all products described on our site will be available.
Risk of Loss
A third-party carrier will ship any merchandise purchased from our site. As a result, the title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within ten days of shipping to qualify for a replacement or refund based on product availability. If the product is available, a replacement will be shipped, and a refund will not be issued or considered. Damaged items must be reported and include a photo in the ticket submission. The support agent will review damaged items, and a replacement will be issued only for damaged products that do not cover or include the packaging of said item. Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged item. All refunds will be at the discretion of customer support.<!-- -->
