Do the sheets work in cold or hard water?
Yes our sheets have been formulated to dissolve in cold water and also work well in hard water.
How are your sheets better than your competition?
Competing pods and liquids consist of 60-90% water. When you’re buying liquids, you’re paying for mostly water, and the transportation of that water. Our process extracts the water, leaving behind a concentrated sheet of natural detergent.
What are the ingredients?

Water (extracted during manufacturing), naturally derived surfactants from coconut oil, polyvinyl alcohol, natural essential oil fragrance derived from Osmanthus.

Osmanthus Oil is antimicrobial, expectorant, detoxifying and stomachic. The aromatherapy properties of Osmanthus Oil are both soothing and comforting, lending to its use in essential oil blends for pain relief, meditation and yoga.

Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is an extremely common binding agent (often used in contact lens solutions and eye drops), which we use to create our instantly dissolving detergent sheets.

It is completely safe to both humans and aquatic life, and has been rigorously studied, due to its extremely high usage across a multitude of applications.

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not! We are vegan friendly. We use no animal byproducts and never test any of our ingredients or products on animals.

How do I use the sheet?

For heavy/family loads of washing, we'd suggest using two sheets, whilst for smaller loads, one will do the job.

Simply add the sheet/s directly into the drum and wash as usual adding fabric conditioner in the normal way if also using.

A more Eco way to softer your clothes would be to use white vineger.

How many sheets do I need to use?

Depending on your load, many of our customers use 1 sheet but if you have quite a load then we would recommend 2 sheets.

Do I need to pre-treat stains?

Yes we would recommend treating your stains as you would with any other detergants.

Can I still use softner with the sheets?

Of course, If you like your clothes with a fragrance then simply add a few drops of softner with your load. We would reccomend white viniger as a natural softner.

Do your sheets contain starch?
Our sheets do not contain any form of starch that is found in many detergants. Our sheets do not leave any trace of residue on your clothing.

We are so happy to share with you that our sheets are all material friendly! So if you have delicates or wool clothing then our sheets are safe to use.
Is your packaging recyclable.?
100% yes. All our packaging is recyclable.
How long do the sheets last?
Our laundry sheets have a shelf life of 2 years. We would advise storing your box in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
Do you use natural fragrance?

We only use natural ingredients in out sheets, our sheets do not contain any harsh chemicals that can be found in fragrance.

Why don't my clothes come out with a scent?

Our laundry sheets carry a light, naturally derived scent which results in a far more neutral smell to your wash when compared to mainstream detergents.

We have a lot of information about what makes detergents 'smell fresh' here, but in short, it's often a concoction of chemicals, many of which are toxic. Worse still, manufacturers are not legally obliged to disclose all the ingredients that make up their fragrance!

If you then wear the garments washed in these chemicals, you are directly ingesting them.

We will shortly be launching some all-natural 'fragrance boosters' for those preferring a more distinct smell.

Will my box fit through the letter box?

Our packaging has been specifically designed to easily fit through the vast majority of postboxes worldwide.

Where are your sheets made?

Our formula is manufactured in various locations around Europe and Asia.

We source raw materials from the Netherlands, Germany India and Japan

We are working on having our sheets made in the uk!
