Please note that in addition to the returns process set out below, you also have a statutory right to return products within 14 days of receipt of your order; please see the section headed "Right to change your mind" below for more information on this separate right.

You are entitled to return any products that you have purchased from us for any reason within 14 days of the date that we accepted your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange for any reason (except where a product is faulty). Where a product is faulty, you may return this to us up to 2 months from when the product was first delivered to you.

Except where a product is faulty, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To ensure that your return is dealt with efficiently, please provide a note inside the package with your Email Address and Order Number. Failure to do so will lead to delays with your refund or exchange.
