Water-soluble sheets from Simple Living Eco

We started with laundry.
We kept asking what else.

Simple Living Eco began with the products we wanted to use at home. Developing our own sheets led us further into formulation, materials and the practical questions behind a product that works.

Today, we bring that experience to other brands. We work with you on what the sheet needs to do, how it should feel and how it fits into your customer’s routine.

Private label, built around your brief.

Whether you are planning your first sheet product or extending an existing range, we can help with formulation development, testing and the practical route to production. We agree the scope with you, including your preferred format, fragrance and packaging requirements.

Formulation development

A new brief or a formulation you want to take further. We work through the ingredients, sheet structure and performance with you.

Testing and refinement

We assess how the sheet handles and dissolves, then refine it around the application. Stability and performance testing help guide the next stage.

Licensing and consultancy

Access formulation expertise through a development project, a licensing conversation or ongoing technical support.

What would you like your sheet to do?

Laundry & fabric care

Detergent, fabric care and specialist washing applications, developed around the fabrics and wash conditions that matter.

Personal care

Shampoo, body wash, hand wash and facial cleansing sheets, with the feel and experience of the finished product in mind.

Home & commercial cleaning

Concentrated sheet formats for cleaning routines, including products designed to be dissolved in a reusable bottle.

Pet care

Sheet development for pet washing, bedding and fabric care, with species and intended use considered from the outset.

Travel & hospitality

Compact formats for guest amenities and travel ranges, with attention to portion size, presentation and ease of use.

Fragrance & new applications

Fragrance delivery and air care concepts, alongside feasibility work for new categories such as oral care.

It starts with the structure of the sheet.

Our development work includes PVA-free binders derived from seaweed waste. The binder holds the formulation together, so it has a part to play in how the sheet handles, dissolves and carries its active ingredients.

We look at the complete formulation: the ingredients, the fragrance, the intended use and the production process. Each project needs its own testing.

A clear route through development.

01

Talk through the brief

We start with your customer, your intended use and the result you want to achieve.

02

Agree the development work

We set out the scope, costs and testing needed before technical work begins.

03

Test, learn and refine

We review samples and results together, then agree changes and the next stage.

04

Plan the route to production

We discuss formulation licensing, manufacturing requirements and the work needed to scale.

Before we begin

Can you develop a product for our brand?

Yes. We can discuss adapting a formulation or starting a bespoke development project. The scope depends on the intended use, ingredients and performance you need.

Can we explore formulation licensing?

Yes. We can discuss licensing suitable formulations as well as paid development and consultancy. Technical disclosure and commercial terms are agreed as part of the project.

Can we test samples before committing to production?

We can discuss suitable samples and a testing plan once we understand your brief. Sample availability, development costs and production quantities depend on the formulation and manufacturing route.

Can we use our own fragrance?

We can assess your preferred fragrance in the intended sheet formulation. Compatibility, stability and the fragrance experience need to be tested before it can be confirmed.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Quantities depend on the formulation, sheet size, packaging and production route. We discuss these with you once we understand your brief.

Let’s talk about your private label range.

Tell us what you would like to develop, who it is for and where you are in the process. If you have a target launch date or a preferred fragrance, include those too. We will discuss the next practical step with you.
