Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches or busy periods, dispatch times may take slightly longer as we're a small, hands-on team.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once it’s on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Most orders are sent via Express Tracked services and should arrive within 48 hours from dispatch.

Orders that include a pre-order or delayed dispatch item will ship together once all items are available.


 Checking Your Order Status

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation, get in touch with us at helloteam@simplelivingeco.com, and we’ll be happy to help.


 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and your safety, we’re unable to accept returns on any opened or used items. All returns must be sent back in original, unused condition with full packaging for inspection.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Unreasonable Claims / Fair Use Policy

Our team closely monitors unusual return patterns and activity; therefore, if we suspect fraudulent activity within your account, we may have to withhold issuing a refund or block your account and any associated accounts entirely.

Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to: claims relating to orders not being received, items missing, ordering and returning higher than the average return rate, and unusual patterns of return activity.

If you return items that do not match what you originally ordered, we reserve the right to refuse the return. This includes returning items that are significantly different from what you purchased or attempting to return items that do not belong to the company. 

Your Responsibility When Returning

  • You are responsible for returned items until they reach us — please pack them securely.

  • We strongly recommend using tracked delivery and keeping proof of postage.

  • We’re not responsible for returns sent in error. If we’re able to locate and return them to you, you may be asked to cover postage costs.

Return postage is not covered by Simple Living Eco unless your item is faulty. In such cases, we’ll refund your return shipping once it’s received and inspected.

Duties and Import Taxes

Please note, your order may incur additional import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country outside of the UK. We advise you to familiarise yourself with your local customs regulations to avoid any unexpected charges. Thank you for your understanding. 

Damages, issues and stolen parcels
Please let us know straight away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort out an exchange for you right away. 

We send all of our parcels on a tracked service with photo evidence on delivery. If we have photo proof of delivery and your parcel is stolen, we don't insure these orders. If you believe your parcel has been stolen, please report it to the police and let us know your Crime Reference Number so we can investigate it further with the courier.
