Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.simplelivingeco.com Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

International orders take 7 - 14 business days to arrive. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. *Royal Mail advise that 10 business days need to have passed before opening a claim. Please get in touch with us after 5 days if your parcel (via Evri) has not arrived.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is FREE once you add over £25 of products (after any discounts) to your basket.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Simplelivingeco is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Simplelivingeco is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please email helloteam@simplelivingeco.com Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship outside the UK

Shipping duration may vary depending on distance, customs and the courier. Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process. 

The amount paid for the order does not reflect any importation taxes. We are not responsible for any custom/duty taxes your country may charge for your package. If you decide to reject the package, only the amount paid for the items will be refunded once we receive the package back. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
